Who
is it for?
This
degree will be of interest not only if you wish to pursue a
career in accounting or law but if you are considering working
as a Company Secretary or in areas of commerce such as insurance,
banking, sales and marketing. It is flexible enough to enable
you to focus on your major area of interest.
As
with other degrees, it will help you develop the skills needed
to think critically. As such, it takes a broad approach to these
subjects rather than focusing on narrow technicalities. It will
provide an essential background to accounting and law but further
study will be necessary if you wish to qualify as a lawyer or
as an accountant.
